· Position develops and designs complex, integrated systems and enhancements in designated programming languages and database environment.
· Develops web and server based systems / applications and integration of multiple databases and information systems.
· Ensures functional and technical design meets business requirements.
· Mentors developers in creating user and technical documentation.

Requirements
· 10+ years of full life cycle software development project experience (SDLC);
· BA / BS in computer science or liberal arts strongly preferred
· Technical expertise with building RIA's with Flex 2 and Flex 3 (SDK and FlexBuilder IDE), Flex Component design and development (MXML, ActionScript)
· Expertise with WebORB and Cairngorm Flex application framework.
· Extensive experience with SQL (TSQL, data modeling, stored procedure creation, query optimization), SQL Server, Web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, DOM), application GUI design (web and client/server), data and content layout, form and screen design.
· Additional technical experience with .NET, (VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, VisualStudio IDE), source control (Subversion and VSS) required.

Desired Skills
· Project and task estimation, Java, JSP JDBC preferred.
